Bar Team Member - Match Days
Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic bar team on match days. As a member of the bar team. This is a fast-paced and exciting position that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register and handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and sanitizing workstations.
- Follow all safety and health regulations, including responsible service of alcohol and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient service during busy match days.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the bar manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as match days often fall on these days.
