Harrogate Town welcome Hartlepool United to The CNG Stadium on Saturday afternoon, giving supporters a first glimpse of our new signings.

Pools will be competing in The National League in the upcoming season following last season’s relegation from League Two.

Craig Harrison’s side will provide a tough test for Simon Weaver’s men, and our Manager had this to say ahead of the fixture:

“I am expecting to see another energetic display, some people will be getting more than 45 minutes, some people will get 60 and maybe even more.

“We are hopefully progressing again as an outfit with a little bit more fluidity in the attacking half, that is what we are looking for, while remaining solid defensively.

“Partnerships are starting to forge that understanding and that is what we want, to just keep developing each game.”

Returning duo Ryan Fallowfield and Jordan Thewlis are again expected to be involved, while James Belshaw, Ben O’Hanlon, Terry Kennedy, Josh Falkingham, George Thomson and Ben Middleton will be experiencing a home game at The CNG Stadium for the first time.
